The game
Cats GO lets you photograph cats, build a collection, care for virtual companions and play mini-games. Online features require a working service and connection. Test builds can contain errors and are not a promise of uninterrupted availability. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Photos, ownership and conduct
You keep your rights in your photos. You authorise the operator to process and store them to provide requested features, and to display the selected portrait to other players only when you choose sharing. Optional AI generation also requires sending a processed image to the image provider. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material or personal information you may not share. Do not impersonate others, exploit rewards or manipulate rankings. Report a player or portrait in the app or contact the operator; decisions should be reviewable by contacting support.
Free play and Premium
The free collection holds up to 10 cats. Premium is a one-time unlock, with a separately activated seven-day trial that does not automatically charge you. The current catalogue distinguishes free and Premium backgrounds, characters, games and decorations. Trial expiry keeps your collected cats; adding cats above the free limit and selecting Premium extras requires active Premium. Existing assigned character artwork is retained. Paid Premium includes one personal AI portrait per game account. The seven-day trial excludes it. Restoring, repurchasing or buying on another platform does not reset a used portrait. Further portraits require purchased Paws. Progress and friendship rewards give Leaves for in-game decorations, not AI credits. Previously earned bonus Paws are retained.
Premium Paws and AI
One Premium Paw funds one successfully delivered personal AI portrait. The included Premium portrait requires an active paid entitlement and available generation service. A refund removes an unused included portrait. No included or legacy bonus portrait silently spends purchased Paws. A failed or budget-blocked generation does not consume a Paw. Paws cannot be traded, transferred or cashed out; this build does not impose an expiry date. A shop purchase is confirmed with the store's local price and currency. Pack prices and the equivalent cost per portrait must be clearly shown before paid launch. Restoring Premium and remaining entitlements requires the correct store and game accounts. Deleting a game account can remove remaining in-game entitlements; contact support about unused purchases before deletion.
Payments, withdrawal and complaints
Use the supported in-app store checkout. The test build does not imply that live purchases are available. Contact support or the store about failed delivery, refunds or a defective purchase. Nothing here removes statutory withdrawal, refund, conformity or other consumer rights. Any legally required request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement about withdrawal must be separate and explicit in the actual checkout; accepting these general terms is not a waiver.
Play kindly and safely
Never chase, frighten, handle or feed unfamiliar cats for a game reward. Respect owners, private property and local rules. Stop walking before looking at the screen; do not play while driving. Do not publish a home address or a child's location. Younger players should use the private album with an adult's help.
Availability, updates and ending the service
Features may need maintenance or security updates. Material changes, service closure, paid entitlements and complaints require appropriate notice and remedies under applicable law; the operator cannot simply remove mandatory consumer protections. No indefinite hosting guarantee is made. Account deletion is available in Profile and via the web deletion page. The legal release checklist records remaining production decisions.
