Capture the moment
Take a new photo or add a cat directly from your photo gallery using a picture you have permission to use. Cats GO automatically looks for a cat in the image. Give real cats plenty of space.

Select the detected cat and add it to your collection. Its photo becomes part of the story, and its cut-out becomes your first avatar.

Choose your own adventure
Keep collecting and compete worldwide, or spend time caring, playing and walking with your companions. The choice is yours.
Already have a favourite cat photo? Add it straight from your gallery. Your cat can earn experience (XP) normally through care and play, but does not count as a newly collected cat or increase your total in the Collectors ranking.
A clear photo makes all the difference. Very dark, blurry or low-quality images may stop the game from detecting your cat. Try better light, hold your camera steady and keep the cat clearly in view.

Where can I get Cats GO?
Get Cats GO for iPhone and iPad through the App Store, or for Android through Google Play. Choose your store using the buttons on this page.
What can I do in Cats GO?
Photograph real cats, grow a collection and compete in worldwide rankings. You can also care, play, decorate and build friendships with your companions. All these activities are optional: choose your own way to play.
Do I have to feed and care for every cat?
No. You can focus entirely on collecting and worldwide collector rankings. Care, play and friendship are optional activities with their own XP rewards. Gallery cats can earn activity XP, but the collector ranking counts only reviewed, listed cats photographed with the in-game camera. Read the ranking rules.
Do I need a cat of my own?
No. Your collection can begin with cats you meet or cat photos you have permission to use. Always respect the cat, its owner and private property.
Can I play without an online account?
Yes. The private album keeps photos and progress on your device. An online account is needed for online sharing and community features. Export your local album before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Is Cats GO free to play?
You can play for free with up to 10 cats. Premium unlocks the full game with a single purchase — no monthly or yearly subscription. An optional seven-day trial does not charge automatically. Extra AI portraits are separate and optional. The store shows the price before you buy. Read the purchase terms.
Who can see my photos and locations?
New online profiles and reviewed cats are public by default, and original-photo sharing starts enabled. You can change this in Privacy and each cat’s settings. Location access and publishing choices are separate. A saved cat encounter can include exact coordinates, so never share a home or a child’s location. Read the full privacy notice.
